Due to car breaking down we went here to look as we desperately needed something asap. We went through the staff member Harley and his service throughout was amazing. I couldn't be happier. This is the first time I've had a car in a long time, and honestly, it has given me my freedom back. I am so thrilled. My son helped me pick it out online, and we went to collect it in person. Harley was so lovely. He was honestly brilliant, so sweet and kind. He walked me to the car after we had done the paperwork and even helped me with which direction I needed to go. It was such a nice feeling driving the car all the way home. I didn't stall once, haha. It is just the ideal car for me. I don't drive too far, so it's perfect for the journeys I do take. Harley told me that if I ever have any problems, I can give him a ring. He was really caring and looked after me. I would highly recommend this company and getting yourself a car. Best feeling ever.

I found the vehicle on Auto Trader. I was looking at a few others but went with the one from Advantage Vehicles as it was similar to a white Fiesta I had in the past. It also had low mileage, which was exactly what I was looking for. I went to view it in person and the staff were just great. Any questions I had were answered, and when I came to pick up the vehicle, everything I had asked to be done had been. It had been cleaned spotlessly and looked amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service from Advantage.

Contact from Advantage Vehicles was excellent throughout, replying to all questions asked and being very accommodating. This includes when my train was cancelled on the day of travel to view & purchase and after a message to let them know, they promptly replied, showing understanding and confirming the vehicle was ready for viewing whenever I arrived. The viewing was great. No pressure, no one stood over my shoulder, afforded a lone test drive and questions answered upon return. Paperwork was just as simple, with all being explained well before completing. Overall, this is a cut above other garages I have had dealings with. It is clear pride is taken regarding customer experience, and emphasis put on this above making a sale. I live within the West Midlands, but would happily travel back should a future vehicle I was interested in be available with Advantage.

I saw a car that we liked on auto trader there, so I went over to look. I was handed the keys and was told to look around it and start it up. When I went back in to ask for a test drive, I was told a route to take which takes about 15 minutes. When we got back I went to see them and I was interested but gave them a snag list!! In fairness they had already noted these and told me that they would be rectified. So I bought the car and all snags were rectified. So far so good with the car it drives and looks lovely. The other thing I need to mention is there is absolutely no pressure sales from these people, they leave you alone which I really liked. I would recommend advantage to anyone.

Had a problem with my car which I bought in October, called Simon and explained that the car needs to go into a Garage, Simon suggested I take it back to them but I had already booked a transporter to take to my local Garage, Simon asked for the Mechanic to ring him once he has looked at the car.The Mechanic then phoned Simon and explained that it was an Injector and the oil leak was due to a seal,
Simon has offered to pay half of the total bill,I am just so pleased as the bill was nearly £600,I am just so grateful as finding this amount was somthing I wasn't able to do I would have had to lend this from family.
I just cannot believe the kindness and the professionalism from this company.
I really didn't expect them to go above and beyond, it was such a kind gesture.

think what I liked most about Advantage Vehicles was their laid back approach. It was no hassle and I never felt they were being pushy or too salesy, as there's nothing worse than that. Norbert literally threw me the keys to the 308 and told me to take a look in my own time which was a refreshing change. He kept to his word, so if he said he'd do something, he did it, and I don't think you can ask for more than that.

Good range of cars at excellent prices. The salesman was great. He gave us the keys to explore the car at our own leisure. Some places the sales staff can be quite pushy and follow you around which can be quite off-putting. I highly reccomend this place.

A pleasure from start to finish. The process started well when we found this dealer had exactly the vehicle we were looking for. £100 deposit to take it off the market until we could get to see it was very reasonable. Very friendly/welcoming service. As much admin/paperwork as possible had been completed before we reached Crewe. I have had far more trouble picking up rental cars from Avis than buying this car from Advantage Vehicles. I can't find anything negative to say. There were not even any complaints when I turned off the office radio, so my deaf ears could hear what was being said! Have since driven car back to Scotland and it is everything we had wanted. FUlly recommend Advantage Vehicles

Advantage was extremely helpful and gave good advice about the best car for me to buy. There was no hassle and I was free to browse at my leisure and to test drive any or as many cars as I wanted to. On the day of pick up it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I only had to pay what was necessary while Advantage took care of the exchange of vehicles including getting the new tax sorted and requesting the refund of tax from the vehicle I was selling. When I next change my car Advantage will be the first place I will go. Many many thanks.

My first experience of buying a car via second hand car dealership and l was very apprehensive, due to the horror stories you hear, however three of my colleagues had recommended Advantage car sales, so that put me at ease, from the moment l spoke with Simon and Andy l was put totally at ease, l asked if the car had, had a replacement timing chain and water pump and after checking the service history Andy said he could not find any history of it so they renewed it before l bought the car to put my mind at ease.
Unfortunately the clutch went 4 weeks after buying the car and this was not covered by the warranty, I spoke with the guys and they just stated no problem, just drop car off and we will replace it and give you a hire car...
The women in the garage were brilliant and efficient and Dean the mechanic explained to me exactly what he had done and why, they even renewed the clutch plate just in case....
I cannot recommend this company enough, they keep everything in house so they can control what goes on...

I genuinely could not fault advantage vehicles, they were extremely helpful and friendly. I am from Ireland and moved to crewe only a few months ago, I've never been through the process of getting finance before and can honestly say that the staff at advantage vehicles and their finance company were amazing, there were several issues with my previous address and I had bad credit (as I'd been refused at other popular dealers). They sorted everything within a few days. Kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and made my experience as seamless as possible, they ensured I understood everything and I got a brilliant car at a very reasonable price all within a few days. I would definitely recommend to friends and family or anyone who is looking to buy themselves a new car!!

The process of purchasing this car, from the initial telephone conversation with Simon to the hand-over procedure with Andy, was first class. I have recently bought a BMW 3 series from advantage car sales and I have to say they were excellent, right from the initial enquiry via auto trader through to the honesty of the description of the vehicle prior to viewing!!! I was impressed by the quality of the vehicle and I was also surprised and really liked the fact that I was able to view the vehicle in my own time and also test drive on my own!!! I was left in peace to view the car and it's documentation and then offered a test drive. The car was better than described and the service was top drawer. After having the car a week or so, I found a few minor faults. I contacted Advantage Vehicles and was asked to bring it back, they supplied me with a courtesy car and resolved the problems as promised. If your looking for a good quality second hand car they are well worth a look. A real breath of fresh air.

I have to say the process from the start to finish of buying my car from advantage vehicle's, Simon and Andy I think his name is was a pleasure. From the second we arrived the lads were very helpful and there was no pressure to buy anything. They give me the keys to the car and said to take as long as I needed to look around it and when the time came for a test drive it was the same, take as long as I needed. The car was exactly as described on the website and I couldn't faul it in any way. I highly recommend advantage vehicle's and would have no problem in buying another car from them. Pity the same couldn't be said for my bank when it came to pay for the car, but that's for another day!! James.
